Since Paul, which welcomes you with a refreshing feeling, is a bright apartment, a bold choice was made and a darker tones used with in wide areas. Spending time in any corner of this house feels very special with the flawless workmanship on the solid veneer, bronze mirrors, various metals and the placement of special artworks. Silky matte lacquer doors enable a soft transition between areas. On the other hand, Beauty Gray marble is a wonderful summary of all the colours used in this flat, and it fits in perfectly into all spaces with its special texture.
This apartment, where natural materials, art and perfect craftsmanship are on display, offers a peaceful and stylish space in the city, while making your life easier with its smart home system.
In this flat, where even the reflection values between the materials are an important part of the design, transitions between the areas are supporting our perception to feel the entire space as a whole.
Marble, chosen as a unique piece, can comfortably host 10 people as a dining table. Different lighting groups are used in this bright lounge to use the desired amount of light at any time of the day.
While a comfortable sofa in the sitting area allows you to rest, there is a single lounge chair that can be used towards the view.
The painting on the landscape facade differentiates itself from the other artwork in the house, incorporating the green of the cathedral, which can be seen through the window, making it fit in incredibly to its place. From the marble counter to the wooden ceiling, all of the materials in this house are natural and solid.
One of the surprise areas in the lounge is the special ethanol fireplace. While this area exhibits the specially chosen natural marble as a bookmatch between the curtains made of wood, it once again emphasizes the natural feeling with fire on its skirts. The showcase right next to it promises timeless conversations by supporting a pampering feeling in the area.
The open/closed rack balance in the kitchen is quite practical. While the special wine cabinet from 1st class built-ins supports the showcase, the kitchen hood maintains its elegance among the lighting elements.
As you are experiencing this space, you will encounter many subtle design features that we are not mentioning here.
In Raffael, the spaciousness was reinforced by applying a lighter-coloured concept and it was designed by prioritizing the harmony of soft colours. The slatted decorations that are present on the wall and ceiling are placed to support the naive aura of the house.
Marble texture, light wood and these slatted walls create a gorgeous backdrop for plants and accessories.
The dining area, which can comfortably accommodate 10 people, is separated from the living area with both the shelves surrounding the area and its lighting, creating a special area. It is also right next to the terrace as a breathing space between conversations.
All these details in The Monbijou project have been meticulously planned to use the passing time in the best quality way, and our architectural designers ‘Herdemyesil Architecture’ which is founding partners Architect Feyza Yeniay and Architect Ozan Yeniay have supported today’s modern world by using natural materials and art with courage.
